Hasta las tres de la tarde de este viernes 27 de octubre, podrán reclamar su cédula de ciudadanía, 9584 ciudadanos que expidieron en el territorio del Cesar su documento de identidad por primera vez o solicitaron su duplicado. De este número de cédulas, 4129 corresponden a mujeres y 5455 a hombres. De acuerdo con la información entregada por la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, a corte del 23 de octubre, en el municipio de Valledupar se encuentran 4882 documentos de identidad sin ser reclamados por los ciudadanos, de los cuales, 2331 son cédulas de ciudadanía de mujeres y 2651 son cédulas de ciudadanía de hombres.
